Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque

The masses of worshipers and pilgrims performed Friday prayers today. The prayers at the Grand Mosque, which is the last Friday in the month of Sha`ban.  It was amid the influx of the largest number of pilgrims and worshippers since the opening of the Umrah during the period of the Corona pandemic. Worshipping at this grand mosque is a great fortune of the worshippers. And before the implementation of the precautionary measures adopted with the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan.  So, it requires that the pilgrims and worshippers are protected. They are having a dose of vaccine Corona … The fireplace filled with worshippers.  And there were two sects since early morning.

So, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque prepared all the necessary services.  Amid the application of all precautionary measures and social distancing.  Then, making sure that everyone adhered to wearing the muzzle.  and the security authorities participated in the leadership of the security force of the Grand Mosque.  the emergency and the security personnel of the General Presidency.  So, the affairs of the Grand Mosque in organising the worshippers. The volunteer teams of the Red Crescent Authority, Umm Al-Qura University and the General Administration of Education in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region also participated.

Dr. Sheikh Osama bin Abdullah’ sermon

The mother of worshipers His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Osama bin Abdullah Imam Khayat and preacher of the Grand Mosque.  He delivered a sermon in which he addressed the virtues of the holy month of Ramadan. In addition to it,  the importance of seizing the days blessed to provide acts of worship and good deeds, especially recitation of the Koran

and called on worshippers and pilgrims to strengthen the Almighty God and thanked the blessings which are innumerable and asked May God Almighty protect this blessed country for its security, safety, and stability.
