Joy is not the goal but if you see yourself in this way then you will always remind yourself to go up for progress, and success rather than going down. 4-Before sleep remind yourself that it is your deathbed
If you consider your bed as a deathbed then only the importance of time will develop and tomorrow if you wake up you will become happy, and you will do only those things in your life which are related to you and are not a waste of time. Because more than one million people die in a night but if you wake up then it is a joyful movement. This is the greatest thing happening to you. The only great thing that you are alive!
5-Must do some exercise every day.

The human body is a machine; it becomes very difficult if someone drives a machine without knowing the rules to drive. You should promise yourself that this year, no matter what will happen to you but you will meditate or exercise.
